Quarantine Simulator Border 3D is an atmospheric 3D zombie survival and border checkpoint game set during a devastating apocalypse. As the last quarantine officer, inspect survivors for symptoms using tools such as thermometers and stethoscopes. Decide who can enter the survivor camp, who requires further quarantine, and who must be isolated to prevent infection from spreading.

Manage limited food, medicine, space, and evacuation resources while upgrading your base and screening equipment. Defend the checkpoint against infected attackers, raiders, and zombie bosses with pistols, rifles, bats, and flamethrowers.
