2023-12-01	Ry*****	App works if you know how to set it up correctly for the ports, etc., but I totally get why people have struggled due to the complexity of the setup. However, push notifications have been broken now for the past couple versions of Android. I tried to submit a ticket and it was clear that the support staff had no clue what I was talking about since they asked for a video. I assume that QNAP has no interest in supporting this app in favor of QVR Pro.

2023-04-29	Ry*****	So the app doesn't work. It fails to connect, but if I enter the exact same IP address into the web browser and log in with the same credentials I am able to connect without issue, so the problem is the app itself and there is nothing I am doing wrong.
