This app is terrible and I genuinely hate this company for selling me a product with a false claim. I will return this book. Whenever I open this app, I get a message saying that I don't have an internet connection and it closes. I have an internet connection.

It's easy to dismiss the app due to the dated initial graphics. The tuner frequently will not work. However, if you register your book to the app, it unlocks so much content! You can go page by page and lesson by lesson and not only hear what it should sound like, you can also record yourself to see how you progress. My daughter's school is using this series of books, and I'm getting back into playing myself, so practicing with her is very valuable with this app!
