The game is fine but when I go and purchase, why can I not do this. You click on purchase and it doesn't do anything.

I love this app! However I had purchased this app sometime ago. And it transferred to my new phone and when I go into restore purchases it won't let me restore my purchase. I can't even repurchase this. This needs to be fixed.
