Bought premium feature on monthly plan and transaction is made and amount deducted from my bank balance but still my access is blocked and I am not able to use the features. Edit:They actually worked pretty fast on it after talking with them on email and resolved the issue

The app is good with interface and explanation of the game, but the only problem I faced was when I tried to play the stage where you have Carlsen as an opponent, the chess board doesn't even appear maybe the resources couldn't load or something but it was really problematic, please solve this issue.
