Licencias PJ Catamarca

This system has been developed specifically for employees of the Judicial Branch of the province of Catamarca, Argentina. Its main objective is to facilitate the management of workers' licenses, both for the employees themselves and for the Personnel Secretariat of the Judiciary.
Main functionalities of the system:

License request:

Employees can enter the system and request different types of leaves, such as vacation, sickness, maternity, etc.
They must complete the details of the request, such as dates, reasons and attach any required documentation.
The requests are registered and pending review by the Personnel Secretariat.


License Tracking:

Employees can check the status of their leave requests (pending, approved, rejected).
They have access to the receipts and details of the licenses that have been granted to them.
They can track the processing of their applications.


License management by the Personnel Secretariat:

The Personnel Secretary may review and approve/reject leave requests submitted by employees.
Maintain a centralized record of all licenses granted.
Generates official decrees and resolutions related to licenses.
Facilitates the loading of license information into the internal systems of the Judicial Branch.

Documentation and reports:

The system allows generating reports and statistics on the use of licenses by employees.
Stores and organizes decrees, resolutions and other official documentation related to licenses.
Facilitates access and consultation of this documentation when necessary.
