I don't even know where to start. The tracker on the app doesn't work on mine for some reason and isn't exactly "live tracking" because I waited for twenty minutes in freezing temperatures for the supposed bus that was claimed to be here. It wasn't shut down because you could still access the bus routes, so clearly, something is up. For God's sake, fix the app.

This was supposed to be my first time riding the bus with my friends, but the bus never came, we sat out there for about 30 minutes. We tried calling to see if the buses were even running today cuz its new years but it never gave us an answer.
