StratTree is an offline decision tree builder for professionals who need to map complex decisions, evaluate risks, and plan strategic outcomes — no internet required.

Create projects, build branching decision trees node by node, and assign each branch a probability (0–100%), a risk level (Low / Medium / High), and strategic notes. Then view your entire tree on a zoomable, pannable visual canvas, review analytics, and export a plain-text report to your device.

Add a root decision and build unlimited child branches. Each node stores a title, probability percentage, risk level, and free-text notes. Expand or collapse branches to focus on what matters.

🗺️ VISUAL TREE CANVAS
Switch to a full interactive canvas view that draws your tree as a connected node diagram. Pinch to zoom in or out; drag to pan across large trees. A reset button returns you to the default view.

📊 BUILT-IN ANALYTICS
For each project, StratTree calculates an estimated success score, average probability across all nodes, total branch count, highest-risk path, and a recommended strategy based on your data.

📤 TXT REPORT EXPORT
Generate a plain-text strategic report for any project and save it directly to your device's internal storage. The report includes the full tree structure, node details, and analytics summary.

🌗 DARK & LIGHT THEME
Switch between a dark (graphite/emerald) and a light theme at any time from Settings.

🔒 FULLY OFFLINE & PRIVATE
All project data is saved locally using on-device storage. The app makes no network requests, collects no personal data, and requires no account or sign-in.
