Breathe RM

Breathe RM app may be helpful to monitor your Cystic Fibrosis or Bronchiectasis. This app does not replace clinical advice or guidance. Always seek your clinical team advice if you have any questions or concerns about your health.

The app enables you to track data that is of interest to you. Options include spirometry, blood oxygen, activity, resting heart rate, sleep temperature and weight. Other self reported measures around ‘wellness’, ‘cough frequency’ and haemoptysis can be tracked too. Add notes to your data as mental memo's, use 'Events' to record medical and life events that impact you, and view everything in one place in our new calendar view. Putting the measures that matter to you all in one place.

For ease of use, measures can either be entered manually or captured directly. Breathe RM app can connect with Apple Health and Fitbit if you choose to integrate with these ecosystems. Breathe RM app also supports Bluetooth connectivity to selected spirometer and oximeter. This can simplify data capture. All measures are presented for you to save.

Collating this data could enable you to track and monitor trends over time.
