Can anyone please explain why I can't get the 487 bus times on this app? I can see the bus and even be on the bus, but it doesn't show. Some stops show it, but other stops don't. I have had to install another travel app that does show it when your app doesn't.

A really useful discovery. I even paid for the ad free version. Excellent. Reduced rating. Constantly inaccessible, buffers. Unreliable. 9/3/24: here we go again, buffering endlessly, no results. Frustrating. Pointless. And yet again, "we are experiencing issues". 29/6/24
