Acids & Bases

A bilingual (English and Portuguese) innovative review method, Acids and Bases Game, is presented in the form of a hybrid game to aid students in their studies of organic acids and bases. A printed board and a free of charge application was developed for organic chemistry students in an effort to make them work together reviewing and reinforcing concepts related to organic acids in the context of a fun board game. This game sparks interaction among students, developing strategic thinking, and requires minimal supervision from the teacher.
