Convenient option to report issues without calling 311

Frequent app malfunctions and crashes when trying to submit requests
Issues with the location feature, making it difficult to report problems
Poor customer support and lack of response from the city regarding app issues
Mandatory updates before submitting requests, causing data loss

Recent reviews

The app ask you to enter service date which we can not due someone put up a geo fence around certain areas in the city then you have to call it in to 311. Call you local officials tell them to investigate this matter this why we pay taxes. Someone SHOULD BE FIRED.

App stopped working several months ago. I have called and emailed, but nobody gets back to me to help. I've been using it often for several years. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing will make it work!
