2020-12-10	Jo*****	Now not taking long to load. I'm hoping they roll out a calling feature. Also we definitely need a THANK YOU button that doesn't alert you, I don't want to be opening the app just for a thank you message. A thank you botton will show up on the conversation but Not alert you so you don't have to open the app.

2019-08-11	A *****	Updated from 1 to 4 stars thanks to Hima from Prime IT team: 3 main things are resolved. 1) Notification sound works well after checking "Wake lock screen" option under Notification Alert section. Alert sound can be custom selected to something loud. 2) The small orange circle at the left corner of texted box changes to green confirming the receipient read it. Small black notice is also written below the box indicating time it was sent and read. 3) Texts can be marked as "Urgent."
