User Reviews

Little Misfortune offers a beautifully crafted story with high-quality voice acting and engaging art, appealing especially to fans of narrative-driven games. However, the Android version suffers from technical issues, including bugs, control problems, and missing features compared to the PC version. Users also note the game is short with limited replay differences and an abrupt ending. While the game is appreciated for its unique storytelling and accessibility on mobile, many reviewers recommend the PC edition for a smoother experience.
Pros
  • Beautiful and unique story with engaging narrative and art style.
  • High-quality voice acting and animation elements, creating an interactive movie-like experience.
  • Multiple storylines and replay value due to different choices made in the game.
  • Enjoyable for fans of similar adventure games like Fran Bow.
  • Accessible on Android for users without access to PC gaming.
Cons
  • Frequent bugs and glitches impacting gameplay, such as freezing, game crashes, and UI issues.
  • Poorly optimized Android port with control issues, lag, and lack of polish compared to PC version.
  • Short gameplay length with limited variations between playthroughs, leading to perceived low value for price.
  • Missing features compared to the PC version, like fully animated cutscenes and proper game menus.
  • Game ending is abrupt and leaves many questions unanswered, which some users found frustrating.

This game is absolutely unbelievable, the quality is absolutely amazing, there are multiple storylines, and once you finish one story you can go to the next. I 1000% recommend. Definitely worth the money!!

Still playing it. I loved Fran Bow so I knew this was going to be fun. Im guessing they're keeping the bag or box of tools hidden from my use for strategic purposes. There's something quirky, unique, amd very enjoyable about this game. But.... sadly, it's too short. Especially compared to Fran Bow. I played it a couple of times making different choices... not much difference. Fun game, really short for the price.
