2024-12-11	Ro*****	This app has been broken for 2 years now. "Server or user info is not valid - Error 400" on my Android device everytime I login and navigate from tab to tab. Very annoying that this known issue has not been fixed for this long. Reading other posts, I am far from alone here. Disgraceful from a big company to not fix this.

2024-10-02	An*****	It's pretty annoying. The off-site remote controls work one day, and not the next. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still randomly works whenever it feels like it

2024-04-19	Ia*****	The app is slow, lacks clear labels to go with the icons, and logs me out whenever it goes into the background. The lack of an event monitor that can be viewed without an export is hugely annoying. This app is extremely unfinished, and it needs some real work. If you are looking for a more detailed list of features that would make this app/web app more functional I am happy to chat about it.

2023-11-23	Ja*****	Mostly functional. Very slow to load states. Has limited access functions and no access to the enterphone contact lists. Latest update now gives a code error everytime it loads a new page. Works but you have to clear the code each time. Tech support team doesn't reply to emails

2023-10-02	Jo*****	App is very slow (expect to wait 10-15 sec between EVERY action.) UI elements are not intuitive, explained or labelled. Documentation on this app is nearly non-existent from Tyco and what does exist is out of date. Our installer has a hard time reaching someone who can assist with issues we have- we have identified one staff member who knows the technology, but we have to hang up on others who know nothing. Recently an error message shows up on EVERY slow screen you reach (error 400).

2023-08-21	Ke*****	I get a box pop up that says "Your server or user info is not valid! (Error 400)". If I tap OK then it loads and everything works. Seems like a bug in the Android app since this doesn't happen in the iOS app.

The functions aren't labeled with names, just little icons so you have to guess at it and learn by trial. Mine tells me I have a server error every time I press a button but it still let's me use it. Also, it looks like an app from 2010. Kinda low res and blocky. Its all good though overall.
