Unfortunately, instead of receiving assistance, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing her

Very Bad Experience! Uneducated and untrained staff. They humilate the customer by making them visit again and again and even then they don't hear them. Helpline is also useless after waiting for about 1 hour they even don't bother to hear the problem of customer. I highly condemn this humilating behaviour of the banking service provider!!
