Music Controls

Keep your music playing while using the speedometer. The built-in media buttons can control supported audio apps already playing in the background, allowing you to play, pause, skip forward, or go back without leaving the speedometer.

Ads Designed With Drivers in Mind

Mobile Speedometer is supported by advertising, but ads are intentionally designed to avoid interrupting you while the vehicle is moving.

After extended app use, a full-screen ad may become eligible to display only after the speedometer detects that the vehicle has remained stationary. Movement resets the stationary waiting period so an ad is not intentionally opened while you are actively driving.

Please do not interact with advertisements or app controls while driving or whenever it would be unsafe to do so.

Simple by Design

Mobile Speedometer focuses on doing one job well. It does not include maps, trip tracking, driving history, accounts, or unnecessary navigation screens.

The core speedometer uses your device’s GPS and can continue functioning without an internet connection. An internet connection may be required for advertisements, consent messaging, and other online services.

GPS speed accuracy depends on your device, GPS signal quality, surroundings, and current location. Mobile Speedometer should not be used as the sole source of speed information when accuracy is critical.
