JKC- White Digital Onboarding

JKC- White Digital Onboarding is a Chrome extension designed to simplify the onboarding of stockiest customers by capturing their details through user-friendly forms. It enables ASM users to input essential data via a mobile application, while stockiest personnel can directly log in to submit their information. The extension implements a structured multi-level approval workflow involving ASM, State Head, Zonal Head, and Regional Accountant roles to ensure data accuracy.

Once approved, the portal communicates with SAP Master Data Management (MDM) systems through API integration to generate unique customer codes. These codes are then reflected back in the onboarding portal to keep all Sales & Marketing teams updated. In the case of incomplete or incorrect data submissions, the system flags errors, allowing re-submission and ensuring data integrity. This extension streamlines customer onboarding processes, reduces manual effort, and improves synchronization between the onboarding portal and SAP systems.
