Pros: Easy to use, strong wearables integration, motivating varied programs, Spotify music option, and generally strong value. Cons: Sign-up/login problems, data/UI latency, bugs and crashes, Spotify reliability issues, and search/navigation limitations. Overall, MOWL is a capable cycling app with solid features, but sign-in reliability, performance, and discovery UX need improvement.

Recent reviews

great for guided sessions but doesn't integrate with other free health apps or smart watches. If it integrated with Health Connect and Google / Fitbit watches for heart rate it would get 5*

The app seemed ok in the class otherwise but it desperately needs the option for setting custom heart rate zones instead of just max HR. I spent the spin whole class fiddling with the max HR option, trying to get the current zone to match my watches custom zones that are accurate for me. The animations are also jarring but perhaps they're just not optimised for Android but that's not an issue.
