Very slow in opening the app. Needs lot of improvement. Mandate history not available. Lein in balance option not availab Unable to download yearly statement at once. Ekyc option can be integrated into the app. IND advantage can be integrated to the app . Auto renewal of fd not possible to cancel it. Recurring deposit etc MMD when trying to open always shows error.

The worst banking app in the history of banking apps. Instead of having two worst apps why can't you invest in a single one and work on it to making it better. This one targets older OS version and has clunkier, dated UI. Its not user friendly. Login takes too much time and biometric doesn't work most of the time. OTP takes too much time. It's sad that a Public Sector Bank does this, even though it charges exorbitant amount on its account in the form of service charges. Sad reality.

Very erratic app. Needs to improve connectivity a lot to withstand competition from other banks. Needs to be looked into seriously. It still remains the same. Extremely slow. Looks like the banks IT deptt. is ver weak compared to other banks. Need to improve a lot. What is the use of asking customers to rate the app, when it has no effect. Senior personnel must look into this. Has not improved at all. No improvement even slightly. Always technical issue. Looks like we are back in the 60s and 70s
