For a decade, the Gallic Wars ravaged Western Europe, suffering conflict after conflict. The Celtic tribes, numerous and ferocious, harassed the Roman forces, rigorous and trained, until the day when the two camps, on the verge of ruin, agreed on peace. It is this time that sees the arrival of the player, an ambitious architect, beginning a long journey across the Gauls with the aim of lifting the clans from their poverty, of pushing them to development until a golden age which will shine on the world.
