2022-08-05	Ro*****	Perhaps the most user unfriendly, frustrating app I have ever used. This system cost me thousands of dollars and is completely useless. We had two car break-ins over the past year and it was impossible to review either of them. Do not rely on this system!

2022-01-18	Ki*****	Jon with tech support a year ago fixed an issue with my cameras not loading on the app. It would not playback either. He stated playback wouldn't work with android but next update they would fix it. Still does not work over a year later. I can't wait to upgrade system so i can get a reliable app.

2021-08-12	An*****	I just downloaded the app and wasn't able to log in even so the password and username as an admin was and is correct. Useless for me I just paid for the app and can't use it. Want my money back and uninstall but wasn't able even to find any information about how to cancel.

2020-03-09	A *****	Doesn't work properly with Android 10. Push notifications and alarm subscription don't work. Android version 10 has been out since September 2019.....just saying. UPDATE: I emailed customer service and was contacted in 20 minutes by Joshua. They gave me steps to fix the issue and everything is back to normal. Great customer service!
