2026-07-19	Va*****	i've been using this app since YEARS. And I loved it so much that I subscribed for multiple years. Right now, I can't pay the 50 bucks to re-subscribe and unfortunately, all the free sessions are gone, except the five beginners ones... And the free sessions were actually the reason why I DID subscribe in the first place... So, I really love the app, and love the voice, the AI-feature is cool too, but now I have to wait a fee months before I can subscribe again... That's the only reason for 3/5 ☆

2026-05-13	St*****	Joseph Clough is amazing, following a Stroke resulting in my now suffering PPPD I am having a very difficult time, with PPPD dizzines, balance and other symptoms, chronic anxiety and insomnia. Joseph Clough has helped enormously with my anxiety. Although sadly I can never fall asleep during sleep hypnosis, I never the less have a great deal of help with feeling rested which has really helped me and which I am very grateful for. He truly is a master.

I switched from Android to Apple and asked if there was any way to transfer my subscription or receive a courtesy discount to avoid paying twice through different app stores. The response was basically that nothing could be done. While Apple and Google handle billing separately, many companies still try to help loyal customers in these situations. The app is good, but the support experience felt inflexible and not customer-focused.
