Horrendous. Cant fathom out app or online. I have tried to work out how you index stock. I have tried to buy 3 times within the last 2 weeks . Eventually get to payment and am told coffee break. No wonder no one buys from this site. Each time I have resorted to buying elsewhere. My sdx2500d at £699.00 and extras was finally purchased elsewhere. Sorry but having shopped with you since day one why did you mend something that wasn't broken. I don't have a degree in online shopping.

Just used your app for 1st time on catch up on my android phone as app doesnt work on my Bush smart tv. Thought app would work as I wanted to see 9am show April 4 Joseph Bear but app doesn't start until 11am that day. So then have to go back to tv schedule to watch & then you can't rewind or ff on a show as screen freezes. Just thought app would be quicker. Any ideas please? Thanks Craftygal.

Bring back the craft store app! Cant use rewind, cant see products in the show on the tv guide. So much useability lost and you cant undo the installation. If you have the craft store app DO NOT UPDATE to create and craft. I seriously wish I had never done it!
