This app is absolutely useless because it never connects to the ventilation system. It has been out of service for months, and HRV are either unwilling or unable to fix it.

The app just stopped working. It only says it can't connect to cloud network. I deleted app and reset my password. It recognises my email but when I ask for password reset... I never received it
