SMART Dreams

SMART Dreams helps users envision and explore plans for their future with a focus on high school students planning for post graduation careers and education.

Enabling students to plan and execute a plan for their future with support will give them social and economic capital that will improve their options for life after school as an adult

Users will:
- Learn about themselves through self-exploration activities,
- Explore college and career opportunities,
- Create a Record of Accomplishments,
- Complete suggested tasks for 'well-prepared' applicants for their chosen college-and-career pathway,

SMART Dreams has checklists based on research and experience that will inform/remind users to complete important milestones as they progress along the pathway. The checklists are tested reliable models to achieve career goals with tracking of progress, automated and suggested calendar events, and contextual follow-ups.

SMART Dreams Opportunities and Connections module will integrate into the activities and checklists so that as users plan their year, they can research different opportunities to be involved and reach out directly to connected partners.
