Cars in excellent condition. Polite drivers & they arrive on time. Shows car location in real time when the driver starts driving towards the pick up location. WhatsApp chat available 24/7, very convenient when travelling if I need to change airport pick up time due to flight delay. I've been using them for the past 2 or 3 years.

2023-05-23	No*****	Bad customer service and a bunch of thieves. The app was not working for me, so I couldn't cancel my ride. The driver had to call customer service for me to cancel the ride and they charged me 2KD according to the guy I talked to! Now I see they charged me more!!! Never using your service again!!!
