They ask for extra money and then they complain about us wrong and threat us that they will not deliver our goods .. Kindly download porter for better service...

2023-11-26	Va*****	Wrost app ever only takes the booking and will keep searching for the driver all day long. today booked a 3wheeler and forgot to cancel and checked after 3 hrs it was still looking for drivers to take the booking.

2023-06-13	Mu*****	The most unreliable app. The company takes pre-booking along with payment but is not bothered to check if a vehicle is allotted. Customer care is not available after office hours and on weekends. They didn't honour my booking. Refund was processed but no apology rendered and nobody has bothered to reply to so many msgs dropped.

2023-05-04	Su*****	Drivers are cheaters. They already switch on the app button before coming to pick up point to earn more as they get excess time. And the call centre person also don't listen to the client. Very much bad experience.

2023-04-27	Mo*****	They are fraudsters. Do not use their service!! Not a Legit App. Tried contacting you via email and phone call but no reply. I made an online payment and the trip got cancelled but haven't received the refund. It's been over a month.

2023-03-13	ku*****	Very very very pathetic app. Please don't send any material via thim app. I placed an order from my shop to a location which was 20km aways and for which like it was more than 4 hours and still there delivery person says he is in the halfway. These riders get themselves partnered with other apps and try to do joint delivery because of which for a nearby delivery drop location also they take min an hour. And apart from this specially in this app it takes 25-30min fora driver to arrive at pickup

2023-03-08	vi*****	Pathetic experience.....i booked a loader and made the payment....they assigned a driver after 30 mins, when I called him he refused to go, checked with customer care multiple times but didn't got a solution...then finally after 70- 75 mins later I had to cancel the booking....NOT USING IT AGAIN

Had to call the driver waiting for an hour. Finally request to goody to assign another driver. After making we hold for 15 minutes goody cancell my booking . What kind of service is this. It's was very disgusting experience and regret to book and trust such cheap online services. Thank God! did not paid online or my refund was also doubted..

2023-02-09	Sa*****	Worst app for delivery, the driver doesn't show up on time, delivering a item for 15 kms the goody drivers takes more than 2 hours, this is the 2nd time i m facing the issue, would recommend porter or any other app rather than goody, customer care doesn't care if you complaint also, book in other apps like porter etc if you want you item to deliver at time.
