Unfortunately, I'm am very disappointed that in 2024 someone posted a review complaining about unresponsive touch commands, and now in 2026 it's still not resolved. I know it was designed in 2023, so it might not be compatible with newer phone versions. If possible, please resolve this issue as soon as possible. i think many would agree the 2023 version was far better designed than the three that followed
