2026-09-04	Ti*****	I'd give this zero stars. The first time using this app, it forced you to upgrade firmware before you can use it, update failed and it's bricked my e-bike which is under 12.months old, like WTH.

2026-09-01	A *****	I bought a Fathom electric bike so on advice got the app.The good is the app connects easily to the bike computer, it's gives lots of alternatives for setting up the motor and you can use a security lock .However it was a pain to install I needed a code for registration but it keep coming through to late, 5 goes before it worked. In terms of info Giant is a bit lacking and not much works unless the app is connected to the bike computer.

2026-08-30	Si*****	DIDN'T WORK? WOULD ACKNOWLE MY BIKE WAS THERE BUT WOULDN'T CONNECT WITH IT. I TRIED EVERYTHING TO PAIR MY GIANT BIKE WITH THE APP. I ATTEMPTED A NUMBER OF TIMES. I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS BUT WOULDN'T WORK TOGETHER SO FRUSTRATING!! UNFORTUNATELY HAD NO SUCCESS. SO SELLING MY GIANT ELECTRIC BIKE IF YOU WANT TO BUY! LET ME KNOW.

2026-08-25	Ye*****	The only reason I downloaded this app is the elock function. But this is a disappointment. Why? I tried on the bike without unlocking the elock, and as long as you don't switch on the system on the bike, you can still cycle it. So, this functionality is USELESS.

2026-08-19	Ma*****	The app needs major improvement for a high end bicycle manufacturer this app is poorly developed. It's frustrating when you are going to ride and you have to go back in the app to start the ride again. Would be nice if you are able to be able to change the bicycle settings. Spend some time and develop the app.
