2026-05-19	Br*****	literally the worst app I have used. I just want to check how many ks my bike has travelled since I owned it, and it won't even log in. I have updated, reinstalled and changed passwords. it is a really poor look from a well known brand

2026-05-11	Cl*****	#UPDATE: No mileage being recorded after latest update so now completely useless#. App is now much improved after its dismal birth. It now more or less works. Does save battery used for rides now. Sometimes still a bit dodgy after a stop when the bike has switched itself off - usually works but hard to know if phone had reconnected to phone. Mileage since last service still not working after it was messed up a few updates ago. Total mileage now seems to be working reliably.

2026-05-06	Be*****	Possibly the worst App experience I've ever had. So bad in fact, that it made me write a review, which I've never done before. It used to work ok-ish, but it just forced me to update and now I can't even login to it anymore. For such a big and well respected company as Giant to make something so bad, is pretty shameful. Please, please fix this!

2026-05-06	De*****	cant see why I need full Internet to connect to my bike whilst out on the trails , no good when ya way out there and signal is none existent .. this need changed ASAP ,as its part if the bike to be able to change the settings as you see fit for the ride planned .. please please change this

2026-05-03	Mr*****	Constantly drops Bluetooth. had it updating, and when it got to 80%, it just disconnected. my phone was on the seat of the bike. now im stuck in a "recovery" loop. I guess I'll just not ride and leave the battery out overnight and see if it'll work in the morning. Garbage app.
