This app is fake it shows you 30 ads before you can press work out and also its a scam once you press work out it says download six pack workout to proceed once you do that it says download lose belly fat to proceed and it keeps going on and on

Not useful. It's got a handful of pictures, one which doesn't take you to anything. The others take you to articles you can find using a search on the internet. In short, drink water, watch what you eat and exercise 5 days a week to burn calories. Useless app.
