"Growing Up Ojibwe: The Game" is an educational platformer where players embody Ojibwe youth Tommy or Annie Sky, exploring northern Wisconsin to reclaim forgotten cultural knowledge. Through interactive experiences, players learn about Ojibwe treaty rights, tribal sovereignty, and traditional harvesting practices like maple syrup-making and wild rice harvesting. Designed for middle school classrooms, it includes an Ojibwe language component and a points system to track engagement, enhancing cultural education effectively.
