App always crashes if cache is not deleted. When it finally works the team that I hold the season tickets too is unable to select. I'm receiving a message "something went worng..."

Update June22. The app doesn't work any longer. Maybe no longer needed by Quins, in which case I'd expect to see a page informing me rather than an error message. "Unexpected character encountered...." Not really sure of the need for this app, apart from the Payment link it is just a copy of the MyStoop portal which I can already access on a phone. Why couldn't I just activate and manage the payment feature from the MyStoop portal?
