Absolute worst experience. Fate of Canadian people to travel in such flights. First of all the app is absolute trash. Cant login, no boarding pass the app. Worst airlines ever. Nobody here cares about the customers. Unlike other airliners flair is too strict when it comes to baggages. Felt like joining military training. Also they hold certain things from customers without any legal backing. The comment box here shows the real work culture. Wishing the best.😁

Absolute trash. What's the point of an app if it's going to send you to the website anyway? Waste of space in my phone. Plus, it doesn't even work properly. Not even surprised. Now, you MUST buy some sort of extra luggage in order to get a digital boarding pass. Otherwise, you have to go IN PERSON to obtain it....!! It's 2024, get your s together
