User reviews overwhelmingly complain about relentless ads (even for paying users), frequent crashes and startup failures, and inability to open or use the app. Additional issues include poor storage compatibility (external drives and hidden files), file operation hangs, and misrepresentative ads. A minority note the app used to be good, but current versions ruin the experience.

My experience today was one of the worst I have ever had with an app: the adds seemed to spawn many times per minute, endless repeats, and no obvious way to get it under control. normally I would consider a paid version, but this experience was soon bad that there is no way I would consider giving this author or publisher any $$$. app is being permanently removed
