Home Remedies For Candida | For bacteria and fungus the human body normally acts as a host. They are usually helpful for the normal functions of the body and even they play neutral. Some of the other symptoms are kidney and bladder infection, canker sores, diaper rash, depression and headache.

Candida may also be treated effectively with the help of the home remedies. Some of the effective and useful home remedies -

1. Plain yogurt is very effective for treating candidiasis. But be sure that nothing is added in it. There must be live lactobacillus acidophilus in the yogurt which is known as the good bacteria and it will keep candida albicans in check.

2. You can apply yogurt directly to the affected area. It will lend a soothing effect and also relieve weeping and severe itching. Keep the yogurt for an hour in an affected area and then wash it off. Keep the affected area completely dry to prevent infection. You can also apply this remedy 2-3 times a day.

3. Diet is also having an important role in reducing the effect of the candidiasis. Completely avoid high sugar diets as candida seems to thrive on high after the consumption of high sugar diet. You must go to low sugar diet so that fungus may starve. You must continue with this diet as long as the symptoms persist. You must increase the intake of vitamins A,B-complex and C, and minerals like iron and zinc.
