2024-11-01	Ro*****	1st day of Turkey Trot (TT) had to uninstall both A Step Ahead and Google Fit. Reinstalll and still not able to record steps or sync apps. 2nd day of Turkey Trot and still not able to sync my phone with apps. Now, to add insult to injury, I can not log back in to my account. I tried resetting the password, plus the request to change the password is frozen in time. I can not access anything or anyone! It's so frustrating, I can't participate with my team, and I am the captain of my team. SMH!

The first problem was that the app does not sync with Samsung health on its own, so, being a samsung phone/watch user, I had to download Google fit and then purchase another third party app, Health Sync (they offer a one week free trial, but this challenge was 2 weeks). Next, the app is SLOW to load - my phone screen would timeout twice, waiting for it to load (I have a flagship phone that should not be slow). There's more I could say, but I've run out of space.

2024-10-28	St*****	We signed up teams for work, and had fun taking this challenge. It was definitely motivational for me and made me more aware of my activity throughout the day. All that said, the app is somewhat clunky to navigate and slow to respond. It also could probably more comprehensive details on how the process works, from within the app, rather than a secondary web site.

2024-10-24	Je*****	It's fun, but would be better if it could sync directly from a Active Samsung watch instead of using 3rd party Health Sync app to sync data to the FIT app which doesn't sync all the steps. For whatever reason, the FIT app is not compatible with all devices, so I can't get all my friends to join. Please allow Active watch by Samsung to sync directly to the game. Thank you.
It's fun, but would be better if it could sync directly from a Active Samsung watch instead of using 3rd party Health Sync app to sync data to the FIT app which doesn't sync all the steps. 2024-10-07	Ke*****	Was so happy when our company challenge ended and I could uninstall the app. Terrible experience from day 1. The installation took forever. The forced landscape view combined with the minimal keyboard is a terrible experience. The app does not recognize all of your steps (off from 2 to 7 thousand steps). Find another method to track your challenge.

2024-09-24	Co*****	You need to have some type of daily, "tech desk help." A few times my points were not being recorded. Very frustrating. Other than that, I enjoyed this game and would give this fun game 5 stars if you had daily tech help. Our family had great fun and it definitely boosted my health. I've lost almost 20 pounds! I want to keep going 🙂

2024-09-11	Je*****	Works great now that the glitches are fixed. However it would be better for android/samsung users of Samsung FIT app didn't need to be downloaded. Could this app just take the data from Samsung Health app? That way we wouldn't need to download Health Sync to sync our data from our Samsung watches from our phones to a 3rd party app just to have it synced to FIT to have added to the game. Please, look into this. It's the main reason I don't always join this team based game. Thank you.

Also, I would find it so much more satisfying if my avatar appeared as though she was putting up a fight when it comes to the battles and the obstacles. A single whack with my bat to kill off an entire group of maniacs just isn't believable nor satisfying enough.

2024-04-15	Ka*****	The first four weeks workwd great, but the last two weeks phone would freeze, my steps wasn't always counted correctly. I was always getting an error code the last two weeks. I do not think I would ever play again.It needs to be set up where you can have access to combine power ups with your teammates . Only for the first few weeks you can play competitively but the last two weeks with all of the code errors and not counting steps it was no longer competitive.

2024-04-11	Sh*****	I had this app a few years ago when it was The Outbreak and it was fantastic! New phone a year or so ago and now I wanted to do the missions again BUT now the app is A Step Ahead.....absolutely horrible interface. Continuously freezes, never sends me an invite code. I have uninstalled and re installed three times and same issues. Ive never even gotten far enough in the app to even play. Sad becuase the missions used to be a lot of fun!! I'll be uninstalling and moving on to some other app.....
