2026-08-13	An*****	This app has become incredibly slow. It takes forever to load the home page, and there is a huge delay every time I tap a button. The performance of this app is terrible right now. It freezes constantly, loading screens take minutes, and it drains my battery. It consumes a lot of my data. During classes the mic,camera,chat does not work. It needs a major performance fix immediately.

2026-08-12	Bh*****	Whenever I watch a video on any topic in Extra Marks, they start asking for money before the video even lasts 10 seconds, but what is the use of money, let me watch the video. Very bad learning app. And it is not like that let's ask for Rs 100-200 directly for Rs 9999. I accept that this is done in our school too but they give the money. they are rich people, brother, they can give money but we cannot give money without the permission of our parents. I hate this learning app no learning!
Whenever I watch a video on any topic in Extra Marks, they start asking for money before the video even lasts 10 seconds, but what is the use of money, let me watch the video. The promised service is not provided, the required school books are not delivered, and they are not refunding the money either. Customer support is also not responding properly to complaints. never never go for it. just looting our hard earned money Very disappointing and frustrating experience. With my credentials, it can login flawlessly in the website but this app says "invalid login" every single time I login with the same credentials. I wonder how even though the credentials are same, the app invalidated it but the website accepts and logins easily
