Constant crashing and freezing issues

Recent reviews

This app and its customer service is garbage. When opening the app, all I get is a blank screen. A simple reinstall doesn't solve this. You have to clear the app data before you reinstall. After that, the app will work once! You can use it until you close it. After that I get a blank screen again. App also tends to freeze when try to open the QR code to exit the parking garage. Contacted the customer service several times, but no response for 3 weeks.

Quote simply just doesn't work. Always fails at login attempt, presenting white background error message. The app doesn't even really try to login, just quick auto-fail. Unusable.
