CIPA+

CIPA+ is a gamified solution that aims to capture essential CIPA information and reinforce safety in the workplace using Regulatory Standards as a guide, with a greater focus on NR7 and NR9, targeting the safety points covered by the PGR -RISK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM- and health covered by the PCMSO -Occupational Medical Health Control Program-.

These elements are addressed by gameplay through two stages:

Environment: the player will be placed in an environment that simulates their workplace and must walk to their work position, paying attention to the path, co-workers and signs to proceed safely and avoid accidents.

Minigame: upon arriving at the work position, the player must interact with a minigame that in a playful way simulates the work carried out on site, each minigame has its own peculiarity, generating a difference between the days, creating a sense of novelty in each minigame.

The playful and relaxed approach tends to facilitate absorption and understanding by the player, who learns or reinforces information without feeling like he is “studying”, which makes the CIPA Project a great solution for approaching such an important issue as safety in the workplace.
