2024-10-06	Jo*****	We really like your app when it works, but most of the time, it doesn't! When it does open, it either shows... Error fuel prices can't be displayed, it doesn't show fuel prices, or it doesn't show where the fuel is at. My husband has it on his phone, and it does the same thing. It's very frustrating!

2024-02-29	do*****	The card works good. The find fuel feature is terrible . Always error popping up. The when It does work you only see what directly by you. I've have use other fleet card apps you can punch in destination and show everything along the way. Now I go back and forth between 2 apps in order to find a stop I can plan to reach ahead of time. Truly a bad set up for a distance driver

2024-02-06	Wi*****	Have to open and close multiple times for it to start working. Once it is working you have to use it as slowly as possible for it to keep up. Tapping/clicking on any of the prices to see what stop it is nearly breaks the app. There's no way to see prices on a specific route which would actually be helpful. I like most drivers depend on getting good fuel prices for the livelihood of my business and this app just seems to be working against us instead of for us

As of this writing, app is missing a bunch of locations that normally show and also likes to display wrong prices, especially when referencing Maverick locations. Customer service states "There's nothing wrong on our end, it must be a user side problem" when almost every single user is complaining about the same thing. Yeah, I'm totally going to factory reset my device for a "fix" that won't do anything.

I think that if comdata would give their 7 year old nephew $20 they could get better quality and better reliability than this garbage app that they've created. There's this new technology that they should look into where you can put a start and stop point on a map and it will draw a line with your routing on the map!!! Then what they can do is find the best fueling on that route, instead of using MapQuest and ask Jeeves for their input.

2023-12-19	Da*****	This app is the worst app I've ever seen! I am an owner operator that depends on my fuel discount locations, and it won't pull up the truck stops. This app needs to be revised and revamped or just get rid of it completely so we can have our companies make a different choice of what app to use for fuel discounts. Absolutely ridiculous.

2023-09-29	Ed*****	App was mostly working fine. Then suddenly wouldnt populate any fuel stops. Have deleted and reinstalled the app. Did a factory reset on my phone. Map comes up but no fuel stops or prices. Occassionly will pop up with an Error message that it cant calculate the distance to a fuel stop. So for now its wasted program space and Im losing money by not finding the best fuel prices. Called Comdata but nothing has been resolved

2023-09-20	Sh*****	Have not been able to open the express cash for a while. Map truck stop locations have not been accessible, let alone show the company prices. Several times now that this app has been a problem. If I uninstall again, I won't be back....... done with it. I can get everything I need off the LSOne app. Bye-bye.

2023-08-27	ks*****	When it works it's good. App continually crashes. I have Samsung Galaxy S22 with Android version 13. The app will open and when I select the location icon takes forever, over 2 minutes to locate where I am, IF it does. Most of the time it freezes. When I try to select a different area to find fuel in it again takes forever with the circle then just crashes. If you have maps open on device and are using the location feature in another app on your phone this app will not work. It's horrible!

2023-02-24	Co*****	Trying to register a check it will say it's good to go. And when it says it's not registered it really is. And you have to fight tooth and nail to get it fixed. Tried using this app again. It's still useless. Got it set up again (had to make a new account because the one associated with this email address got blocked after my first review.) And it still doesn't work. Says my balance is 0. Can't register checks or make a draft. Absolutely useless. Will delete app.
