[How to use the app]

- Use continuously for 2 weeks.
- After entering the invitation code, write a nickname and a pledge to quit smoking, and you will be directed to the main screen of the application.
- The invitation code must be entered every time the application is turned off and on, so be careful not to lose it.
- You can check the progress of today's activity in "Train today" in the "Home" tab.
- Meet yourself progressing little by little every day by completing quests.
