And I reached out to the customer care but one didn't even answer me,the other one said I should hold on. Please you guys should do something about this.

2023-03-17	Mm*****	The app was good at first but recently it has been so hard to use...I would transfer money to the account and it will take more than 3hrs just for it to reflect.. while it doesn't take up to 5min it has reflected... please do something about it... thanks
