Become a Green Hero too!
Do you want to be a real hero of the planet? All you need to do is pay attention to the actions you take
days!Forgo the elevator, prefer seasonal fruit, ride a bicycle instead of doing drugs
accompany you by car...These are simple measures that contribute greatly to your health and
of the planet! With BE A GREEN HERO, this fun app created by Camst for the Municipality of
Rome you will be able to face 7 missions and highlight the Green Hero within you! You
They will be accompanied by the cute mascots Romolo and Remola, your little wolf and your little eagle.
classmates and adventures.
With them, every week, for 7 weeks, you will do real green training, with
simple rules to respect at the table and outside the home.
Only by completing a mission will you be able to access the next one. If you can complete them
all within the established times you will be proclaimed Green Hero! And if something gets in your way you can always
start again! Even if you want to improve your score and challenge yourself, you will be able to repeat the
missions and become increasingly Green!

Mission N.1
A true Green Hero stops at nothing, least of all a flight of stairs! At home, at
school, in the shopping centre... forget about the lift and face the infamous steps!
Goal: 500 steps in 7 days.
Mission N.2
Train yourself to eat well and above all green! Seasonal fruits and vegetables will make you buy
vitamins and lots of energy! For a healthy snack, prefer a fruit to a snack. It will fill you with
more and with more beneficial principles, and your body will be happy!
Goal: 5 servings of fruit or vegetables a day for 7 days. The juice is also worth it!
Mission N.3
Get up (from the sofa)… and walk! Your feet are very powerful means, capable of taking you everywhere: to
park, at school, to visit friends, to run an errand...!And while you walk you burn calories and
look a little around, not just the phone screen!
Objective: 3000 steps a day (better if at a brisk pace!).
Mission N.4
Water is very precious for nature and for us too! Think that an adult is made up of 60%
of water! Water is useful for the health of the blood, kidneys, intestines and also the brain which works better if well hydrated! When you're thirsty... don't pour yourself a glass of that sugary drink... do you want to put a nice glass of water? You don't think about it, but your body does when
drink the water, go hola!
Goal: 8 glasses of water a day.
Mission N.5
Take it sportingly! Do you like football, volleyball, cycling... or tennis, swimming,
dance or jump? Everything is fine, the important thing is to move. Physical activity is an ingredient that
can't be missing from a Green Hero's day!
Objective: 2 hours of sporting activity per week.
Mission 6
Change for the better!
Changing your eating habits can mean a lot for protecting the planet!
Goal: 2 changes in 7 days
Mission 7
Never lose a glass of water!
A true green hero does not waste such a precious element as water!
Objective: 4 water-saving actions in 7 days
