One day, office worker Satoshi is suddenly falsely accused of being an underwear thief and ends up in a prison called Last Prison.

Inside the prison, Satoshi meets a female guard named Hoshino. She looks beautiful, but inside she has psychopathic thoughts. Hoshino treats Satoshi like a toy and plays with his mind.

The people surrounding Satoshi also have psychopathic personalities, just like Hoshino, and the prison is full of abnormal environments. In order to survive in such a situation, Satoshi must never lose sight of his own existence.

But there was something waiting for him. It was a plan that was being carried out in secret. Satoshi is forced to take part in a plan that is supposed to be unrelated, and finds himself in even more trouble.

Will Satoshi be able to escape from this hopeless situation and make it out of the Last Prison alive? And what will become of the love that will bloom between him and Hoshino...
