2024-02-02	Gr*****	I was worried about trying this app after reading so many negative reviews here. But it appears they have fixed all the problems other foreigners complained about because it worked fine for me. Registration easy, no issues with accepting foreign passport. Just can't book yet because more than 6 months till my licences expire. The app would be improved by adding information on exact requirements of what documents to bring on the day.

2022-12-04	Th*****	I had no problems registering and then to Log-in so I can not tell if the issues described by many regarding Foreigners has been solved. So far all was in English as well. Unfortunately when selecting the DLT in my area I found many Offices are gray...meaning not available to select. I assume that means they do not use the Queue System? Would have been nice to be aware before... I will keep the App as those places might be available the next time around...

Edit 191022 ตอบมาแบบนี้ได้ยังไง ถ้าคุณบอกว่ากรอกข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง แสดงว่าระบบเก็บข้อมูลผิดผลาดตั้งแต่ first submitted แล้ว แบบนี้ระบบปล่อยผ่านให้ล็อกอินเข้าใช้งานได้ยังไง! ปล. กรอกรหัสบัตรปชช.และวันเกิดถูกต้องครบถ้วน!!!!!

2022-09-27	Ja*****	The thing is you can renew licence from any province in thailand. And that's what we did..stay in bkk but booked in nonthaburi as there's no booking available in Bangkok. Got a booking for nonthaburi and arranged all required documents. Went there and got rejected. Reason being the certificate of residence from immigration was addressed to dlt, bangkok. Where as in required documents no such requirement is mentioned that Bangkok should not be mentioned in the certificate. What a waste of a day!!

Tried registering for it which the app allowed but then was unable to log into the app. Keep getting an error message saying either details or password are incorrect, which is quite untrue. Not sure if this is a bug or the way the app developers designed to prevent expats from registering onto the online system.

2022-03-16	Hu*****	I went to the DLT office to book a driving test, but was sent away because I hadn't booked an appointment online. I was told that the only way to book a driving test as a foreigner was to use this app, however the app simply doesn't work if you don't have a Thai National ID number. Classic Thailand!
