I purchased a subscription via this app 6 months ago. I've never been able to access the magazine. Despite numerous requests, by emails to Cricket Media & via the so-called app support & through Google, I've received no useful response. Still no access to the app content, and no refund.

Content is real good but the database integration for the username,pw,order details and login hub is really bad, really confusing and pain in the ass.
