2025-01-11	Ja*****	I don't use zelle and and I have no want or need to start using it but they decided to push it on me by replacing my bill pay button on the home screen with zelle so now I have to go through more steps to pay bills. Billpay is not user friendly and every time I get it all figured out they completely change it again.

2024-11-15	Br*****	I love that you can do almost everything on here that you can through the website and the look and feel matches from desktop to app. Setting up fingerprint authentication and fast balances were super easy. Great job! Edit: LOVE the new cards feature!! Making it easier to add and remove restrictions for myself, view my card number if I don't have my card on me, set my card for travel. I absolutely love this!

2024-05-03	Gr*****	It works as intended but needs some updates. UI is slow to respond. It needs a visual and performance refresh quite badly. Also, it needs to be manually closed, or it will stay in the background forever. However, as stated, it works. Every feature works. Like it's 10 years old. +3 for functionality and reliability, -2 for GUI.

2023-08-16	Mi*****	Quick, secure, and easy to use! Even though I live out of the state of Iowa right now, I enjoy keeping Collins apart of my banking necessities. Cause on the east coast you just don't get the type of competency with respectful treatment that is standard of operations at Collins Community CU! I am thankful to still have access to that type of care all at the tip of my fingers.

2023-05-26	Rc*****	Plenty of bugs, extremely slow application, clunkiest and most frustrating banking application ive seen. If you arent accessing the menu from the home screen it just doesnt let you open it. A whole slew of other problems and what seems like complete ignorance to the issues it has. The only thing that makes it worth having is the fast balances and the access to acct funds transfers. Even then more than half the time those dont work and/or are just too buggy to be reliable.

2023-03-01	Ke*****	Like the app overall except for a few things. When in the credit card part, statements will not download although they download fine if you sign into the website instead. Also, in the main part of the app, things are laggy. Numbers appear slowly when you type them into boxes, and drop-down menus are slow to load causing the wrong item to be selected occasionally.

Easy peasy app. I downloaded the app way back when you had to sign up for it online in another browser after you got a written code from the bank! One main thing I really appreciate about this app is how updated they keep it. Whether it is security measures or design features, the all stays fresh but always reliable and easy to find what you need.

The word fast makes you think it will be a quick ordeal but most of the time it makes me log completely in to even use it, which then takes away the word fast. I get the whole don't recognize the network thing but I'm expecting to check my balances quickly not to actually log in to my mobile banking. Other than that one thing the app is great.

Dropped to below 1 star it keeps saying I'm putting in the wrong credentials when I have my fingerprint saved I've had to call multiple times to get it unlocked. The app and the bank like screwing people over and like to make your life hell. Looking for another bank!!!

2021-09-24	ni*****	almost a 3 star. there are many times recently - last 6 mths- that the app will spin and spin without loading. sometimes i can go back in 5 minutes, sometimes i have to access from a computer. the functions themselves are good, it is the load/ app process that is a problem.
