| 2022-11-25 | The first season I did Run Across America, it workes great. Now there's no good & easy way to see my runs, just a cumulation of my miles. It also isn't updating with my most recent run. The design is not intuitive an honestly frustrates me more to use it than just run without it. Bums me out because I like the idea of Run Across America. | ||

| 2022-08-22 | Landscape only? Why not have a portrait mode like they used to? Makes looking around the site harder and logging information difficult because the keyboard covers up the screen. Also while running, you can't take a quick peek at the screen because it's the terrible zoomed in landscape mode. I like the programs but it's not user friendly anymore. And no, it's not just my phone - everyone is dropping out because it's frustrating | ||

| 2022-08-21 | The first time I had the app it was with a team and we did a 5k. My team and I all ran the same amount and yet they were finished and I still had 1k left to run. This time I decided to get active again and paid the $55 for the fall frenzy challenge. I have been unable to log in to the app and there is no way for me to get past the privacy settings before it freezes and I have to start over. I have contacted customer service and still haven't got a response. | ||

| 2022-03-16 | Update: Customer service helped me figure out my display size and font size settings were causing the app to load in landscape in my Pixel 5. App now launches correctly with default settings. 1star:App launches and immediately switches to landscape mode despite auto rotate being off and phone upright. Really hard to use the app when it seems built for portrait. | ||

| 2021-12-07 | Update: the tracking settings link has been addressed. Thank you! Original review: This has been a pretty great app, up until the latest UI update. Now it's nearly impossible to tap the "tracking settings" link to switch modes. It's pretty essential functionality. I'll go back to 5 stars if that's addressed. It also forces landscape mode if I turn my system font size to small, so that's rather unpleasant, but I don't think it's as important as the tracking settings. | ||

| 2021-11-27 | I like this app for its purpose, allowing me to track my activities against a goal. The tracking worked well on my hike today, but I could not load the app to start tracking at the trailhead when there was no data services. I needed to wait until halfway up my first summit to start tracking. That should be fixed. Not being able to save with no data services was also a problem but not as bad because I could stop tracking and was able to retry the save when I drove a few miles and had service | ||

| 2021-11-25 | The app used to have a manual entry function and it doesn't anymore. I don't like using the app distance because it's always wildly off. For example, yesterday I walked about 2.5 miles (measured with Garmin) but the app said 15k! The day before, i walked a similar distance but app said 35k! This is ridiculous and completely unusable. | ||

| 2021-11-25 | I have been a subscriber for one year now and credit Run Across America for my new found devotion to daily walks. It lets me set distance goals and this past yet achieved milestones I never thought possible, racing no one but myself. I give it 4 stars because it's 90% intuitive bit have had to request help. When help was needed I had a response within 24 hours. | ||

| 2021-11-19 | I really enjoy this app and the challenge of daily walking. I think the price is super reasonable and I am more motivated to stick with it because I've paid However, I do wish there was an unpaid version that didn't include the shirt and/or has ads so that more of my friends could join. | ||

| 2021-11-13 | Perpetually stuck in landscape even though it seems formatting should work best in portrait mode and little to no ability to scroll to see everything depending on what screen I'm in. Contacted them about the problem with phone and Android info, but even with the most recent update as of 11/13/21 it's the same. If anything the formatting is slightly worse as I can't select all the items in the new menu they created with the profile etc. Uninstalling after the Fall 2021 challenge is over. | ||
