absolutely love this game helps me cope with my anxiety depression and other mental illnesses I have I've been playing it for a while had to get a new phone now trying to redownload what's the app is downloaded I cannot get it to download the final files he gets to 95% and restart to 80 please fix issue or explain how to fix
